Villa The Waterfall Jungle

Overall, the Waterfall Jungle Villa was a great place to stay. Me and my family had fun and the host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and inquiries. The kitchen supplies is also complete. However, I would recommend more lighting and a centralized AC on the living room since it is quite dark and hot there. Also, the road towards the villa is small and not that easy to access. I hope that this can be improved and the road to the villa can be better and more accessible.

The host was super, responsive and attentive. He was always available and gave us enough information about the villa and area. Very helpful and polite staff. A bit difficult to reach by car - roads are very bad. Ubud was amazing

Great place to stay house looks just like the photo only bad part was the location they are now getting the location together so the roads are bad but they did help us a lot on bikes so we wouldn’t have to do to much walking

It was such a pleasant experience in the Villa! The villas is brand new, nicely built and very well located. We felt it is very good value for money. The picture are very truthful to the reality, and it is even better in real! The staff were amazing... from the booking process very helpful and responded timely and professionally. The staff at the villa were very warm and give advice on where to go and how the spend the time. We could not ask for more. thank you

The villa was absolutely breath taking! Looked exactly like the pictures, even exceeded expectations. My host, Arinbawa was amazing, very friendly and responsive. There was problem with one of our doors and he sent a mechanic right away. Although the villa is remote and a little far from Ubud center we felt very safe, even in the dark of the night. We took advantage of the chef prepared meals and the flower arrangement. The food prepared by chef Mari was AMAZING and the flowers were beautiful even lasted until the next day. Overall 10/10 I do recommend booking with them!!!

Super Aufenthalt. Alles perfekt. Zuvorkommend. Alle Leistungen die gebucht wurden waren gut. Villa wie auf den Fotos. Location ist absolut besonders. Superhost war 24/7 zur Verfügung und hat uns in allen Dingen kreuz und quer geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Villa jedes Mal wieder buchen.

Magnifico soggiorno in oasi di tranquillità, vista giungla, a pochi km dal centro di Ubud e di luoghi di interesse. Abbiamo condiviso la villa con altra famiglia di amici e gli spazi permettono di godere della propria privacy così come di trascorrere tempo conviviale nella zona living e in piscina.

Lovely house with super comfy beds, good air conditioning, great showers. The pool was lovely, a good size with plenty of space to lounge around. It was very peaceful and relaxing with a lovely jungle outlook. The living area was stylish and a good size. It’s probably best suited to groups of adults or families with older kids, because the bedrooms are all separate (you have to go outside to go between each room) my 12 year old was perfectly happy, but some children might find it a bit daunting. The team looked after us beautifully. So helpful, friendly, reliable. They organised catering and massages and it was all very easy. It’s only about 10 or 15 minutes into Ubud with a local driver and we found it easy to keep using the same one each day to drop us to and fro seamlessly.

We spent a week at this wonderful villa and had an unforgettable stay. The outdoor area, with its beautiful swimming pool, has an amazing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The rest of the villa is equally stunning, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. They responded immediately whenever we needed a driver or any other assistance. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic villa experience!

Great stay

This villa is insane. So grand when we walked in and such an amazing pool for us to all relax in. Thanks for all the staff. Location is secluded but then I think that’s its positive charm. Nothing the staff won’t help with and we also did a private chef one night so we didn’t have to leave.

We had a lovely stay. The place was very peaceful and private, which made it perfect for relaxing. The kids enjoyed swimming from morning until late evening whenever they wanted. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the road leading to the property was a bit narrow, and Grab was not allowed to pick us up, so we had to rely on their taxi service for transportation. However, Grab delivery was available, and drop-offs were allowed. Otherwise, everything was really good, and we had a very enjoyable experience overall.

Tivemos uma estadia curta mas muito boa. A casa tem uma vista magnífica e é muito tranquila e bem cuidada. O lugar é relaxante e fica junto a arrozais. A vila de Ubud fica a curta distância. O pessoal é amigável e a equipa de limpeza mantém a casa limpa e arrumada. Todas as actividades que reservamos através do concierge foram boas, nomeadamente os transportes para a cidade, massagens e o pequeno almoço. Recomendo vivamente!

I had a wonderful experience at this villa. The staff was amazing and very attentive. I loved the dedicated yoga area with mats, and the villa was spotless. Each room had its own air conditioning, allowing for comfortable temperature control. The property manager kept in great contact throughout our stay, making everything easy for us. The location is just 20 minutes from shopping and dining, which was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Bali! The beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable.

The villa is lovely. Incredibly spacious. Pool area is great (shallow parts are great for young kids) and the view of the jungle is lovely. Beds were comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing stay. The area is very quiet with lots of villas but barely any restaurants. You need to use local taxi (not grab) to get into Ubud town. Grab do deliver food to the villa though. If you want a peaceful place away from the centre this is a great option. However if you want to be able to walk to restaurants rather than being entirely reliant on taxis / grab delivery then perhaps consider somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our time here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The place was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated how peaceful and easy everything felt, which made it a really nice place to come back to after being out during the day. The host was also lovely and always quick to help whenever we had a question. Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and uncomplicated. We have really good memories from our stay here and would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us!
