Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the accommodation fee, excluding payment fees.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

• For refund requests, please contact our Reservation Team

• In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

• Please note that rescheduling or refunds are not available for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.

Villa-specific cancellation policies

Please note that some villas have different cancellation policies. We recommend checking with our Reservation Team to confirm the applicable cancellation policy for your villa before making a booking.

• 60 days before check-in: Villa Veni Vidi Vici Ubud, Villa Ubud Escape, Villa Dallas Ubud, and 12BR Myosotis & VVV.
• 14 days before check-in: Villa So’ Cocoon Ubud.
