  • Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
  • Most of our villas offer onsite parking facilities with space available for up to two cars for your convenience
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way for up to 3 people, including luggage.

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
