It’s beautiful, modern, and intimate. Like an expensive hotel but all to yourself. The hosts will clean everyday as well as help you with many requests such as spas, laundry, excursions at very reasonable prices.

Place was exactly like the photos! Suyasa is very friendly and thoughtful. The pool was amazing and facing the small river and mini jungle haha! Definitely 10/10, will comeback!

My family stayed a week at the Villa and we really enjoyed our time. The place was beautiful, peaceful and an excellent place to relax. The host was very helpful and available to answer questions quickly. We would love to stay here again when we vacation in Bali again.

Superstar people, service, and setting. If you’re willing to walk 20 mins you’ll be at a bunch of nice restaurants and markets if you look around. They have the most amazing service and care for your every need, they even took me to the hospital and came as visited me to make sure I was okay. Would defiantly recommend through and through!

Stunning. Beautiful architecture, design and furnishings. Fabulous air conditioning In all bedrooms which was much needed for us Aussies. Perfect Villa for groups as each bedroom is like its own Pavillon. Incredibly helpful and polite staff. The address doesn’t accurately show in taxi/grab apps so for transport you are best to hire a bike or use the villas drivers. The butlers are so helpful and will help organise anything. Breakfast cooked in the villa is economical and like a buffet of all you could wish for. Thankyou!!!!!!

A perfect oasis where we were provided the privacy for our group to relax and enjoy each others company whilst the team were always on hand whenever we needed them. Any assistance needed was attended to promptly and professionally by the super friendly and hospitable team. Credit to the entire team and thank you for providing us the calm and private environment we needed. Highly recommended should this be what you are after.

Amazing villa just out of Ubud centre with 3 separate ‘mini villas’ - perfect for our big family. Looks just like the photos. Great and responsive hosts - organised a scooter for us and transport very easily and double checked the pool water and added chlorine upon request.

Amazing property. Looked exactly like the photos. Perfect amount of space for 5 people. Our villa host , Suyasa, was a gem- so nice and accommodating and helpful. We also took their recs for chefs to cook us dinner and a floating breakfast. The food was delicious and the cooking was spectacular. We also booked a driver through them and he's been so great as well. Thank you again!

Beautiful Villa the surroundings were peaceful, we felt like we were in the jungle staying in a mansion. The sound of the running river was relaxing. Close to Ubud shops and market. We really enjoyed our time here and would do it all over again. Thank you very much for having us and hopefully you will welcome us back any time.

Great stay in a quiet area in Ubud. Rooms were large and clean, and pool was also very nice. Living room can be a bit dark at night, but was very comfy.

Great location, about 1 mile walk into Ubud central, but still great places to eat very close to the house. And the staff made a perfect breakfast and also did some grocery shopping for us so we had food when we arrived. The spa services were so wonderful and fairly priced we booked several Massages for our group. There are even small waterfalls in the river beside the pool and views of the rice terraces across the pool. Bedrooms are perfectly sized and come equipped with a nice closet area and safe in each room. Kitchen has everything you need; blender, toaster, microwave, and hot/cold filtered water. Pool is about 5 feet deep, and has a few step down features for lounging. Cannot say enough about Suyasa and his team. They were so responsive and accommodating to our every need. Would book again with this group for sure. Felt safe, clean, and secluded at the house. Ubud is busy, so it was a welcome retreat to have this house.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing and attentive host. Would definitely recommend for groups or families. My only recommendation for improvement is air con in the kitchen/living area as it gets quite hot, but other than that it was a beautiful villa and experience.

it was a great stay. easy checkin. someone came and explained everything. they were sending someone to clean every day and you were in communication with them through an app to provide whatever you need from transfers to massages. I would definitely go back to this villa.

The property is an absolute stunner! Really spacious and has everything we could’ve needed for our one week stay. Fantastic for three couples. Also very conveniently located with so much privacy and quiet but only 5 mins from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud.

Great place to stay, very beautiful. Not able to walk to central Ubud but very easily get transportation which doesn’t take long to get to places.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Obwohl wir erst mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und willkommen geheißen, das war für uns nach der langen Reise wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Suyasa, der uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend betreut hat. Seine Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit bestens aufgehoben und umsorgt gefühlt. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, und der Service war in jeder Hinsicht grandios. Als Familie haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und viele wunderschöne Erinnerungen mitgenommen. Suyasa our host and the overall team were extremely kind and generous! Super helpful very positive energy! We had breakfast from the hosts it was a memorable experience. I also had my birthday and they brought me flowers and a very sweet card! It was really something that I will always remember! Super clean, they were also were coming to clean daily for you. It was really really nice villa, and experience! When i’ll come back definitely will book that again!
