I enjoyed my stay at villa castagnou everything matches the photo and description. Mr Lanang was very helpful.

This place is the best Airbnb property I've been to! Perfectly clean, very spacious, and well maintained. The host, Ngurah Lanang, was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bali!

We had an incredible 3-day stay at Villa Castagnou in Ubud, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with a calm and serene environment that made our stay unforgettable. Every detail and amenity of the villa was perfect, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy Bali. A special thank you goes to our host, Lanang. He took exceptional care of us, always attentive and ready to help in every situations, even on his day off! His kindness, generosity, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience truly special. Amazing Place

Cleanliness, rooms, it was beautiful! Nothing!

Exceptional service! What stood out for me was the concierge Lanang and team. No request was too small or great and they always replied quickly. We are a big group of 12 adults and they went out of their way to arrange in villa massages at short notice which we were extremely grateful for. During our stay we used the private driver and in villa massages and we can attest that the partners they work with are of equal high quality and good value. Lastly kudos to the fact the team kept the place very clean with daily housekeeping and somehow managed to keep flies and mosquitoes away! The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, padi field views and no sound of traffic or barking dogs or roosters! Highly recommended!

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing. Our Host Lanang was amazing. We had a few issues due to our own fault (leaving bedroom door open, forgetting our keys) and he was always very understanding and accommodating. The roads are small to get into the home therefore I would recommend using a grab (their taxi service) . The market (pepito) is about 6 min ride which made it very convenient for when we wanted to make our own meals. I would highly suggest the additional services they offer (massage & airport transportation) as they are fairly inexpensive and convenient. When the host advises you make sure your bedroom doors are closed correctly at night you want to make sure you listen, any open space they will come in easily. Overall enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.

Great place, amazing villa and very helpful hosts, I can't recommend this enough

This was one of the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The host was very accommodating. Everything I needed. I got help with the chefs that were provided were great. The drivers provided were great. The recommendations overall were wonderful. The help was just beyond words I would definitely stay at this location again, and The facilities were extremely clean very welcoming, beautiful and overall fulfilling. I will be recommending others.

Is very clean as what I expected, is an enjoy trip for our family of 10pax. The kids enjoy the swimming pool so much.

Beautiful place, perfect for a group of 5-10 pax to relax. Accessibility is a bit difficult as the roads are quite new, however, ride hailing is easy. Our point of contact for the villa, Lanang, was fantastic and very responsive even for requests with short lead time. He made arrangements for airport transfers, meals, and massage in short notice and at odd timings. He also checks in on cleaning times and is very prompt in arranging for resupplies. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we would love to come again one day!

We had a wonderful stay in Ubud with our family of 9. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it perfect for a large group. Having an individual bathroom for every room provided plenty of privacy and convenience, which was especially appreciated with so many people staying together. Our host, Krisna, was prompt, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. He helped arrange in-villa dining, massages for six people, and laundry services, making everything seamless and hassle-free for us. The villa is tucked away in a secluded area, offering a peaceful and serene environment. We especially loved the pool overlooking the beautiful plantation views, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the tranquil location, ordering food via Grab was very convenient, allowing everyone in our group to enjoy different meal options with ease. Highly recommended for families or large groups looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Ubud! 😊

Really really nice villa, its even better in person and is spacious so the group doesn’t feel cramped at all! They have a booklet of services to book which was so helpful and the staff are very responsive. Such a great stay and I will definitely be returning again!

He was very responsive with all put queries and help we needed during our stay. The peaceful surroundings of the villa made it perfect spot to relax. The villa is more beautiful than in the pictures. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All of my friends and I really enjoy the stay. One thing to note is that there will be a late check in fee of IDR 200.000 if you check in after 20:00 so it’s important to plan ahead.

Our favorite stay in the 4 different places we stayed at in Bali, by far. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by wonderful staff who attended to our every need. Lanang served us during our stay and we can’t say enough good things about him and his team. The villa’s pool is beautiful and the patio area overlooks peaceful, vast rice fields, perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset. The adults and children in our group all loved the place.

I loved everything about this villa, it was breathtaking the pictures did it no justice. From the staff to the location , everything was perfect! It was a group of 4 of us celebrating my 30th birthday and it was amazing! The chef who cooked us dinner 10/10 highly recommend

Wspaniałe wakacje w prywatnej willi, bardzo pomocny gospodarz Krisna, czuliśmy się cały czas zaopiekowani. Skorzystaliśmy z rekomendacji wycieczek, szef kuchni przyrządzał nam na miejscu śniadanie i mieliśmy też w willi masaże. Bezproblemowy dojazd do centrum Ubud, używaliśmy aplikacji Grab. Pełen relaks. Bardzo polecamy!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The water pressure was great, the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the whole space was beautifully kept. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always very responsive whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place in a great area. The host Krisna was very responsive, and helped with any needs that came up during the stay, including arranging transportation. Krisna also was very flexible with schedules and helped complement late check ins and check outs, with staff ready on site whenever needed. A great place and would recommend!

This family trip was for my mom’s 70th birthday. The time our family spent in this villa was truly amazing. We were 8 people and this villa was more than enough. Everyone was so happy enjoyed staying here! It was exactly the same as the photos in this page - which is awesome! (I know some photos usually exaggerate.) Krisnaa and the team of staffs were so kind. Krisnaa helped us with a lot of reservations, and also they threw a celebration for my mom’s birthday. Thank you so much! We also used some of the services they provided - breakfast and in-villa yoga. They were really good! I highly recommend this villa!!
