We had a great time at this villa. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Eri was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he was extremely attentive. He even helped make Valentine’s Day extra special by organising flowers and chocolate. Thanks for making our trip extra special

Our stay at Villa Cinta was everything we hoped for and was perfect for our itinerary. We stayed for 2 nights and felt this was long enough for us. Upon arrival, our host Eri, was outside waiting to greet us and he was very helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us transport when needed, and was always at the end of the phone. The villa provides many trips and services which we made use of as there is not much around the local area. This was the only downfall in comparison to staying in the centre of Ubud previously. We went to Nusa penida for a day trip, which from start to finish was all organised through the villa and was very smooth running. One of our best days so far! We also booked massages, where local therapists came to our villa and provided amazing treatments for us. The villa itself is stunning, and finished to a impressive standard. Thanks for having us.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this beautiful villa, it looks exactly like the photos, perhaps even better. Upon my arrival, one of the members of their team, Eri, was there to help with check in and to answer any questions that I may have had about the space or Bali in general. He was extremely helpful to have as a guide throughout my entire time in Bali, he literally went above and beyond! The location of the villa was great with restaurants and grocery stores a few minutes away for anything you need. This is one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve had the pleasure of staying, the bathroom and bathtub was an highlight and it was so nice that housekeeping came daily to clean. Looking forward to coming back in the future, thanks again for everything!

I traveled solo to Bali for my birthday and I had an amazing experience and I enjoyed my stay at the villa. The host Eri was very friendly and communicated very well through messaging and in person. He and the staff made my stay very welcoming and was very accommodating to my needs. Eri helped get a driver for me to that would pick me up from my villa and drop me back off. The driver name is Wade and he was very friendly and helpful also. All of the staff did an excellent job hosting me for my birthday. I highly recommend to my friends and family to stay at BaliSuperHost property listings. The villa was very peaceful and beautiful and I will definitely come back again.

Value for money

The villa was amazing! The service provided by our villa host Pebri and her team was amazing. We had a beautiful breakfast prepared both days. The floating breakfast was a highlight. The decoration in the villa is truly spectacular, so well thought out. The bathroom was spacious, luxurious and the bathtub a real treat. We didn’t get to explore the local area due to being ill but there were many activities on offer. The location of the villa was quiet and tranquil, even with building work going on. I would like to come back to the villa in future, or maybe I can just move in permanently? 5* all round!

We loved Villa Cinta. The location was so private and quiet. It was a quick 10-15 min drive to the center of Ubud and was a great starting point for all of our excursions. Our butler, Eri, was so responsive and helped coordinate a private chef and massages at our villa. He checked in regularly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Hands down one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed at. Photos don't do it justice, it is bigger and so mesmerising in person, and the jungle view is just unreal, it makes you want to ditch all your plans and just stay there the entire time. Great breakfast, too, and easy communication with the manager who helped us sort our pick up, scooter etc. Would come back in a heartbeat.

WOW! It's rare we book a place that exceeds our expectations, but the photos do not give this villa justice. I hesitate to write such a glowing review because I do want to let this secret out!

Pebry and the team were amazing! They made our stay so special - throwing in a sweet birthday cake and surprise :) they helped us with the scooter rental as well ans had one delivered ASAP. The location is quite hard to get to without a car or scooter/motorbike if you want to get around abit. It can get dark at night as the lane to the villa does not have lots of street lights. The villa is stunning and the infinity pool is amazing. The staff are also super responsive.

Our stay in Villa Cinta was so magical, we had such a good time. The pool was stunning. Small issues were fixed immediately. And we would love to comeback one day!

My partner and I enjoyed every moment we had in the beautiful villa! Wished we had more time to stay in and enjoy. The manager Pebry was SO responsive and helpful with everything we needed from recommendations, adapters for the power outlets, decorations for the bedroom for my partner’s birthday (they even brought a birthday cake for him) and coordinating our in house dinner. We arrived after a full 24 hours of traveling and we were so exhausted so everything that I had requested, they were able to accommodate and everything worked out perfectly. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay

Private and comfortable place to stay for 2 people. Hosts were there to welcome us when we arrived. Helpful hint : Use location “Villa Vertigo Ubud” when using Grab to get to the location. This villa, Villa Cinta, is marked and just before Villa Vertigo on the road. Location is just off the main road in a quieter, more remote area. Bathroom is spacious with an outdoor tub and indoor shower. Safe was tricky to use so we didn’t end up using. We had issues with water on our last night of the stay but AirBnB helped to resolve afterwards. Overall, it met our needs.

The word perfect is an understatement. Everything about this place is amazing. Enjoyed every moment. The host was proactive and responsive, offering daily cleaning and greeted us with a tasty coconut juice. If you're planning to book this place with children, you'll have to extremely careful. The swimming pool is accessible from anywhere in the villa, you need to keep very close eye on your kids to make sure they don't access the swimming pool without your attention.

We had a wonderful stay at our private villa in Ubud, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Pebri. From the moment we arrived, Pebri ensured our stay was memorable by being a reliable and attentive host. Whether we needed room servicing, had general questions, wanted a BBQ, to book our in-villa massages, get floaties for the pool or required guidance on local services, Pebri was always available around the clock to assist us with a warm and welcoming attitude. Her dedication and personal touch truly enhanced our experience and made our stay exceptionally pleasant. Thank you, Pebri, for making our time in Ubud so special! Varcando la soglia dell’ingresso siamo rimasti senza fiato, per l’atmosfera e per la sorpresa che ci siamo ritrovati davanti: nonostante le foto e la descrizione (che già promettevano bene), tutto era incredibilmente migliore di ciò che ci aspettassimo. Se non fosse che avevamo un’intera isola da visitare.. non avremmo mai lasciato la Villa! La Host Pebri è stata sempre super disponibile e gentile rispetto ad ogni nostra richiesta: grazie per averci fatti sentire a casa❤️

Villaen er helt fantastisk! Enda finere enn på bildene. Den må virkelig oppleves. Absolutt verdt prisen. Kunne hatt litt mer hyller i skapet og/eller flere kleshengere. Savnet også knagger på bad og soverom, men dette er veldig enkle tilbakemeldinger. Følte oss litt mast på ang. innsjekk og kunne ikke hjelpe å fylle kjøleskapet uten at vi gav spesifikke produkter, som er vanskelig når vi er turister og ikke vet hva som selges her. De vasker villaen hver dag på forespørsel, og ordnet klesvask for oss. Helt nydelig sted å bo, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Booket en dyrere bambus villa de siste dagene på Bali, men vi skulle ønske vi ble i denne villaen isteden, det var flott!

The service is like a 5 star hotel. They respond within 2-4 mins anything you need at any time .

We stayed here at the start of our honeymoon. Unfortunately, it rained during the days we were in Ubud, but the villa itself was absolutely lovely. Adi and the rest of the staff at the villa made our experience truly memorable with their warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this place, and the in-villa guest services are excellent.

Great and scenic villa. The roads are not the best, and you will fight bugs 24/7, but the host communicates well, the cafes within the property have amazing food and the cleanliness of the villa makes up for it!

Wow!! What a truly stunning, tranquil, private and lush villa 😍 We originally wanted to be in the centre of Ubud (15 mins drive away), but honestly, we were so happy to be away from the hustle and bustle, and spend time in this beautiful villa. It’s so private and peaceful. The pool is incredible, looking out into lush surroundings. I would 100% stay here again!

Logement magnifique. La piscine, la vue, la salle de bain. Aucun vis à vis. Inutile d’aller dans les beach club quand vous êtes dans ce genre de logement. Petits points négatifs : il ne fait noir dans le logement donc vous risquez d’être réveiller par la lumière du jour. Rien pour manger autour

This villa is sooo beautiful. Very clean villa, large beautiful pool and bathroom. Pebri helped us with check in and check out and had really good communication with us and was always available, which allowed for a smooth safe trip. Would recommend this villa if you want a very private quiet space and lots of pool time

We liked that it was centrally located. It also looked exactly like the pictures and video that we saw. The staff were great and attentive to our needs. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and lived up to our Bali dreams.

Villa cinta was a beautiful villa. Not too far from Ubud city centre although traffic was bad at times (as expected) it didn’t take too long to get around. The villa was peaceful and private the heated pool was lovely and kitchen had everything you’d need. 100% worth the money is go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa is centrally located, very clean, and exactly like the photos. BaliSuperHost was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything very easy and comfortable. I recently stayed at Villa Cinta in Gianyar (Ubud), managed by Balisuperhost, and had an excellent experience. The villa is spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The large bathroom, comfortable bed, cosy poolside patio, and well-equipped kitchen made the stay very comfortable. The pool is big, clean, and perfect for cooling down in Bali’s humid weather. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the living room, which makes that area difficult to use during the day, as the weather in Bali is hot. However, our host, Pebri, was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Balisuperhost for their modern, well-maintained villas and professional service. I would definitely book with them again when I return to Ubud.

Amazing Staff especially Pebry! They made my surprise trip for my wife’s birthday special. Always ensuring I was fine and anticipating all my needs. You guys are second to none - thank you! The breakfast was good, the pool decorations was fantastic, the drone operator was great and the massage service was also great - everything was fantastic!

Вилла действительно очень классная! Удобное расположение, находится в центре. Единственное для виллы такого уровня свет был поломан, моргал часто, не включался где то, жалюзи держались на соплях, 2 раза падали и как ранее писали другие в гостиной душно. Но я бы ее советовал и вернулся бы снова.

Great stay with beautiful views. It’s a shame it was raining most of the time we were there so we spent most of the time inside but it was still enjoyable. Our host Pebri was very friendly, responsive and ready to help us if needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Ubud! The property is gorgeous, serene, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. Communication with the host was smooth, responsive, and super helpful throughout our stay. The only minor note is that the open/ living sofa and kitchen area doesn't have air conditioning. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend staying here!
