Villa La Pepite

The villa is extremely clean and we love to stay here. Villa staff, Agus replied message fast and responsive. Unfortunately during our stay it was raining for almost 3 days and it’s quite slippery and hard to roam from room to room. And during evening there are insects flying inside rooms but still ok i guess since it’s surrounded by paddy field n nature. Also we bring hyundai H1 there. The road is narrow so need to have a very experienced driver if you use a big car. Overall it’s a good stay. Thank u for having us

Beautiful scenery, great host, super comfy beds, the only downside in my opinion is that there is no AC in the living room and the ceiling fans are not sufficient to cool down when you’re using it throughout the day.

Breakfast was health, clean and taste of Ubud Thanks to Mr. Agus, he made sure that we were comfortable.

Amazing! Amazing host! Everything thing good! Nicest villa i ever stayed in. The host is also so kind and definitely book the massage at the villa and chef such an experience and also the floating breakfast! The villa is easy to find and also the road to the villa is new. Highly recommended this villa what and experience!

在没有WHATSA的情况下与房东的沟通有些迟缓，位置紧靠田野，在一条小巷的尽头，大车进出有些困难 房东完全按照我们的要求给买了瓶装饮用水，并且准备了付费的漂浮早餐，早餐的样式和内容都非常令人满意 服务人员的态度很好，会提前打开空调等候我们的到来，房间的设施布局都非常令人满意 早晨的稻田日出伴随着大片的白鹭，令人瞬间觉得值回房价 不足之处有： 1、洗浴间不是全封闭的，会有水溅出 2、别墅的大门锁不上，不过鉴于周围都是没有遮挡的稻田，这个影响不大 3、房间外面有很多的马陆昆虫，选择无敌风景的同时必须要承受这些 总之是非常值得入住的房子，风景真的很好，如果需要常住可能需要与房东沟通以便寻找到合适的超市以及饭店

Agus was an extremely helpful and kind concierge. Was able to book everything through Agus and he responded to anything we needed in a timely manner. The location is a bit far from the city with traffic, but I would stay again because of how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were.

Went to Bali for a big group trip and booked some of BaliSuperHost Airbnb listings, the house to the staffs services is superb! 🫶🏻✨

First of all, a thousand thanks to our host Agus. He took care of every special request, from sending our dirty clothes to the dry cleaner to arranging a surprise bouquet of flowers from a local florist for my wife. As long as Agus is there, you can stay here for days with complete peace of mind. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos. There was an amazing massage room, and we easily enjoyed the massage service offered during our stay without any issues. If you have the chance to use the massage room, don’t miss it! The villa is set right across from the rice fields — such a peaceful place.

We stayed a couple of days at La Villa La Pépite. The house is well suited for a family and is offering all the confort and the service you may require for good holidays in Ubud area. The host has been always reactive and did support all our needs during our stay. Chef diner at house and massages are definitely a must have ! Thank you 😊

The first time I entered the villa area, I was completely captivated by its beauty, as was the response of my entire family. It's a very peaceful and comfortable place for a family vacation.

Questa villa è semplicemente un sogno! Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 adulti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Immeresa nelle risaie, con la vista aperta sui campi, da una sensazione di relax totale. Tutti gli spazi sono accoglienti. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto. Lo staff pronto, attendo, cordiale. Il nostro concierge Agus sempre disponibile ad esaudire i nostri desideri in modo ottimale! Consiglio questo soggiorno al 100%! Unica cosa che aggiungerei sarebbe l’AC nella living room.

This villa surpassed our expectations. It’s even better than the photos. The host and chef were incredibly helpful and friendly. Delicious food as well. We loved the peaceful location. It was easy enough to get a taxi into town. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious. It looks exactly like the pictures. Such a beautiful property which is well maintained. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. They provide shampoo, conditioners and body wash. Towels are available in each room. A special thank you to the property manager AGUS. He was so amazing! Anything we needed was provided! He was literally one WhatsApp message away. He responded so quickly. I highly recommend this place! The management of the property and the help provided by AGUS really made a huge difference! We had a chef in house prepare us amazing breakfast. Whenever we needed a massage we just messaged AGUS and he had the therapists come over. We barely saw or felt the staff and somehow the villa was always impeccable! Nothing! Maybe just the front door was a little challenging to lock. But other than that it was amazing and perfect!

Had an amazing time with a group of friends. AGUS, our contact person was amazing. He responded quickly for all our needs and made our stay very pleasant. Beautiful location between the rice fields. Not far from Ubud centre. Perfect for a large group of people.

10/10 doesn’t even feel like enough!! This villa was absolutely AMAZING and made our Bali trip even more special. Everything was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly what we hoped for. The villa itself was even better in person, and the whole space was so comfortable for our group. The host was also incredible—so kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. You could really tell that they cared about making sure we had a great stay!
