Villa Montana

Villa was absolutely breathtaking. We were a group of 10 and we had such an amazing time and plenty of space for everyone. The villa is picture perfect and staff set up a floating breakfast and was very friendly and attentive.

Great villa looks exactly like photos ! Very responsive host on arrival and throughout stay that catered to all our needs. The in house chef service is amazing and is a good quantity and quality of food . Be sure to customize your in house chef options because it is quite a lot of food and it’s not fair to put unwanted items to waste . Overall it was a great stay and perfect location if you’re going on any excursions in the ubud area !

Villa, Montana was much more than the listing and the pictures. Our entire family were blown away as soon as we walked through the doors opening into a beautiful Buddha followed by luxurious and lengthy, swimming pool that ended with a sunken living room, facing out into an amazing rice field. The pictures did not do this place justice. Every room was cleaned and spic and span to include the bathrooms. All the amenities mentioned were above par quality. Kadic, the villas Butler every day, went above and beyond to meet any requests that we made, even though it is last minute. Somehow he made things happen for us when we decided last minute to host a birthday party for our mom. They organized a team to come and decorate, and with just a day warning was able to cater for all of us with suckling, pig and yummy Indonesian dishes. We were in the pool every day and night and didn’t really feel like going out and traveling to seaside because we were already in an amazing place. 

Cons: - From the main road to the Villa was really bumpy as the road was unpaved - Ride-hailing (Gojek & Grab) are not allowed into the area in a bid to support the local community - There are signs along the roads. The journey out may be difficult. Nonetheless, we did not face any issues ride-hailing back to the Villa. This wasn't a big issue, we were able to plan ahead and inform the Villa host to arrange transport. - The property is not brand new and seems to have been in operation for quite some time now. Nonetheless, the condition is still decent and not run-down. - Engaged massage and wellness vendor by the property, there were discrepancies with the charges. Informed BaliSuperHost and was provided with a prompt response. Here comes the good part, the pros: - Our Villa Host; Kadek Boby, was very prompt in his response. Made all the necessary arrangements we needed which made our stay a very pleasant one. I will recommend Villa Montana if you're not fussy! Will be back again!

Perfect! Clean and spacious bedroom and nice pool. Felt like home, the staff is very helpful, we enjoy our stay there. Best villa we’ve ever stayed in Ubud!

Beautiful villa, 15 minute drive to the center of ubud. We had a yoga teacher come to our villa, there is a massage room and massage therapists were invited right to our villa also, very convenient. We had a great stay:)

Everything was great, just as the picture. We have a big family of 14 people, and all have a bed to sleep on. So very comfortable. We chose this villa because it's only 1 level. As it was our first time staying in Ubud, we didn't do in depth search that it's quite a distance to travel because we're here only for 3 nights, the travelling to and fro eats into our itinerary. Also, if you're driving, pls take note the road to the villa is abit rocky. Other than that the service is good! If you guys wants privacy this villa has the best privacy. Thanks to the host Boby for being patient with me and my family.

Sehr schöne Villa. tolle Ausstattung, super Pool, Sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. freundliche stets hilfsbereite Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter um kadek boby. Sehr ruhige Lage. Um zu shoppen oder essen zu gehen benötigt man allerdings einen Transport.

Beautiful property. Safe. Kadek met us at check in and check out. Very easy to communicate with staff about anything we needed via messaging. Coordinating villa chef services and massages easily for us. Laundry turn around time overnight. We were worried about insects since it’s right next to rice terraces but that wasn’t an issue at all. The pool was lovely. It was six of us traveling and we each had our own air conditioned room and bathrooms which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible!! Villa host was amazing but the driver D -ask for him by name! He went above and beyond and served as our tour guide, shuttle, local insider, and trusted ally! He took amazing care of us each day and took us to the most amazing places bali had to offer. We were able to get great discounts at every place because of goes relationships and he made sure we weren’t taken advantage of. 12 out of 10 recommend D! And the Villa was perfection. Cleaning staff each day, super responsive butler, and amazing overall experience.

Very beautifuly designed villa. Feels very zen in the midst of all the nature and rice fields. Big pool which is great for groups staying here. We loved the convenience of having a massage room and massage people available on demand which could be requested by simply messaging the concierge. We booked a private chef for my dads 60th which was very nice! Would definitely stay here again! Only downfall is we can't call grab/gojek vehicles to the villa for transport as the locals block them off. You are required to use locals which ends up costing more, and require you holding cash for payment. Not a dealbreaker but something to note for future guests.

I had such a great stay at this villa! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly like the photos. The staff were amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I needed something. Everything felt easy and relaxed from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-run getaway. I’d love to come back again!

Lovely stay in Ubud great location and beautiful villa!

A great place and a great host. Every communication was proactive from their end, right from airport pick up, having motorbikes ready for us when we arrived, and addressing petite issues we had with the villa on day 1. Will most certainly love to come back to this place. You will need a motorbike for easy commute to Ubud city centre as it is about 15 mins away and this area prohibits GRAB/GOJEK services.

Amazing place. Felt magical. Oka, the villa staff was super responsive and respectful. He and his team were amazing and every step along the way went smoothly. Sunsets here are beautiful. Amazing pool. Perfect for friends and families. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in der Unterkunft und fanden sie einfach klasse. Mitten in Reisfeldern gelegen hatte jeder seinen privaten Rückzugsbereich und morgens konnte man direkt in den wahnsinnig schönen Pool hüpfen oder auf den Liegen in der Sonne relaxen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig mit freundlichen Leuten. Wir hatten keinen Koch, da wir in nahe gelegenen Hotelanlagen gegessen haben oder gleich nach Ubud rein gefahren sind. Fahrer benötigt man hier wohl wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, hier gibt es jedoch gleich die lokalen Taxi-Unternehmen am Anfang der Straße die ich sehr empfehlen kann. Grap ist also nicht notwenig. Auch für Wellness ist ein Paar Häuser weiter Möglich im Aura Spa! Also ein sehr schöner Ort zu entspannen aber Suchbild von hier aus Ubud und Gegend zu erkunden!
