We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patchouli! The villa is brand new, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our family. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment we arrived, the house manager was absolutely phenomenal. He was welcoming, professional, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. The cleaning team was equally impressive, diligent, thorough, and clearly committed to keeping the villa in excellent condition. We did experience an issue with mosquitoes, but the team handled it immediately. Maintenance was sent out right away to fog both the exterior and interior of the property, and they remained attentive to ensure everything was addressed. Their responsiveness and care truly stood out. The only minor challenge was finding the villa initially. Because it is so new, some maps and navigation services had difficulty locating it. However, once we arrived, it was absolutely worth it.

Eka nous a très bien accueilli et a été au petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. Très bonne communication et amicale. Notre intimité a été préservée La villa est très belle, propre et spacieuse, Il faut par contre être véhiculé car un peu excentrée. Je recommande ce logement 😊 Merci à vous

Beautiful villa exactly as described and photos. Out of the busy Ubud area and very peaceful. Special mention to Wiwin and her team who took great care of us. From accommodating last minute massages to chasing away noisy cats! Would highly recommend.

Check-In

Earliest at 15:00
  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00
  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
