Villa Santana

The villa is gorgeous and the photos are very are very reflective of what it looks like. The access road is narrow but it isn’t an issue for normal size cars to get down and we had no issue getting pick ups every day. The pool is stunning! Just one issue is the quality of the food on the in villa services menu. This isn’t a fault of the host as it’s an external provider but it is truly abysmal - do not waste your money.

Its a great villa but absolutely disconnected from the rest of the city… difficult to approach road to reach the villa. Villa is done up very well. Its spacious and the view is stunning from the pool.

This was the most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed at. This home is gorgeous and has the most amazing look out onto the forest. I love how this home felt secluded while also not being far from shops. It is a one way street to get to the Airbnb but most of our drivers had no problems getting to and from the villa. The villa manager Yande was amazing including the rest of the staff. If I ever needed anything he was over in a matter of seconds. The rooms were so clean and the workers took such good care of the villa maintaining the pool and home during our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa as it’s truly amazing.

Bonjour, Je tiens a recommander ce airbnb, j’étais tres sceptique si la villa allait bien correspondre aux photos et c’est parfaitement le cas ! La villa est aussi impressionnante en photo que en réalité. Chaque équipement de la villa était bien présente, et propres. Mais pour moi le plus gros atout de ce airbnb est son équipe de conciergerie : incroyable ! Une équipe SUPEEER gentil, respectueux et bienveillant. Special dédicace à Yande, le concierge qui vous conseillera sur les activités et qui vous accompagnera le long de votre séjour. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Bali Superhost war ab dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung super gut erreichbar & hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ein paar Tage vor Anreise wurde ich von Yande kontaktiert der uns die gesamte Zeit über betreut hat & für alle möglichen Belange zur Verfügung stand. Es ist alles super organisiert & die Villa ist der Wahnsinn, Neu, sauber & in ruhiger Umgebung mit Mega Blick in die Natur. Was ich jeden empfehlen würde ist ein Roller, den und auch Yande vor ab schon besorgt hat so das diese bereits bei Auskunft vorhanden waren & das zu einen super fairen Preis. Absolute Empfehlung für ein paar entspannte Tage in Ubud !

Stunning Villa, exactly as described. Location is on a quiet road, just outside of the centre. During the day it can take around 45 mins to drive to the centre of Ubud. Shout out to Yande, the Villa host - he was very responsive and helpful for us whilst staying at the Villa.

I stayed at 5 Airbnb’s while we were in Bali and this one was my favorite by far and we talked about it every time we got to a new spot. It’s private, quiet and the view is amazing! The pool is great. It’s close to some things and not far from the center of Ubud. Yande, the villa host checks in often and asks if you need anything. Yande also got us some things we requested prior to arrival. We didn’t get there until 2 or 3 am but Yande was happy to meet us. They don’t just show up to clean without reaching out either. 5 stars!

Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen und man kann sich super entspannen! Der Pool ist Weltklasse. Yande, der Villa Manager, hat sich super um uns gekümmert und alle Wünsche erfüllt/organisiert. Essenlieferungen und Taxibestellungen über Grab haben sehr gut funktioniert. Immer wieder!!!

Amazing villa, clean, beautiful and cosy

Wow! This was my best Airbnb experience! The concierge is top notch! Yande was the absolute best! Very accommodating and nice. In addition to the services we requested, I also requested a service not included on the documents. My guest wanted hookah/shisha. So I inquired if we could get shisa delivered to the villa and rent for the entirety of our stay. Yande went out to find a service that provided delivery to meet this request. All in all, there was nothing too big or small for Yande! We also asked last minute when we got our floating breakfast if he could run out and get champagne for us which he did with no hesitation. Additionally, he and his friends would volunteer to take us on their mopeds to the restaurant down the street at no extra charge. We enjoyed ourselves so much at Santana and when I return, I will try my best to stay here again. 10/10 experience! Everything was clean and had no issues during our stay!

Die wunderschöne Villa liegt sehr ruhig gelegen aber je nach Verkehr kommt man schnell ins lebendige Zentrum. Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Das lag auch an unserem tollen Butler Yande der zu jeder Zeit erreichbar war und sich sofort um alles gekümmert hat. Er hat uns auch ein wundervolles Frühstück zubereitet nach unseren Wünschen! Herzlichen Dank für alles und wir hoffen dass wir bald wiederkommen ☺️

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We celebrated our honeymoon at the villa for a few days and enjoyed every moment. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us arrange beautiful massages at the villa too. The villa is clean, bright and feels like home. The pool is huge and is cleaned daily. I would definitely stay again. Privat og fredelig sted. Flott basseng. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og tatt vare på. Området føltes trygt og det var magisk å våkne til fuglekvitter og ro. Det er et lite stykke til sentrum så man må belage seg på å ta taxi, men absolutt verdt å være på et fredelig sted og ungene elsket villaen.

The best Airbnb ever!!! Not only the place with wonderful pool (especially the view) but also Yande gave us such a nice respond and care throughout our stay. It was like premium hotel service from the morning breakfast to spa service. Highly recommended place with such a reasonable price. My friend’s gonna visit this place soon by my recommendation.

Yande was a fantastic host, nothing was too much! The villas were beautiful and surrounded by forest and rice fields. Stunning restaurants easily available by grab. Yande and team made made us an indonesian breakfast and we had excellent massages at the villa. We loved our stay!

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! The airport pickup was perfectly on time and the driver was so friendly—it was a great start to our trip. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and was spotless on arrival. We were greeted warmly by Yande, who made us feel at home right away. It was super easy to arrange in-villa massages, which were incredibly professional and relaxing. We also booked a floating breakfast—it looked stunning and tasted great too. Throughout our stay, the team checked in regularly to make sure we were okay and enjoying everything, which we really appreciated. On our last day, Yande came to say goodbye and even helped us with our bags into the taxi—such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Yande also helped us to arrange a driver for a day of exploring, and also was very conscious of our privacy, checking in before cleaning visits. Wir wurden von Yande betreut und es war perfekt. Unsere Wünsche wurden alle umgehend und vollständig erfüllt. Wir durften sogar bereits um 12:00 Uhr unser Gepäck abgeben und einchecken, so dass wir direkt mit dem vorab gebuchten Fahrer unseren Ausflug starten konnten. Für 2 Abende hatten wir ein Koch-Team gebucht (Yassir und Partnerin). Auch diese beiden können wir sehr empfehlen (Qualität und Quantität, sowie Freundlichkeit). Außerdem hat Yande super kurzfristig noch Massagen für uns organisieren können. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The manager was incredibly responsive and helped with everything we needed — from arranging a doctor on arrival for a sick friend to organizing a birthday surprise, even bringing their own cake to celebrate. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip extra special. Of all the villas we stayed at in Bali, the staff here truly went above and beyond — kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The villa itself was beautiful, just like the photos, and both bedrooms were equally spacious, making it perfect for sharing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stunning and well-run place to stay in Bali!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa à Bali. The villa was very chic and luxurious – we felt amazing throughout our stay. Our host Yande was incredibly helpful and always in touch. Even though our requests were quite last-minute, he managed to arrange a wonderful massage and a great BBQ experience for us. The location is very close to Ubud center, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for relaxation. The pool and the views were absolutely stunning. After long days of exploring, having this place to come back to and unwind was truly a blessing.

최고의 숙소입니다ㅠㅠ 가족여행으로 묵었는데 부모님도 모두 만족하셨어요. 수영장은 물론 침실 욕실까지 깨끗하고 사진과 똑같습니다. 그리고 샤워기 필터도 교환 가능해요. 필터 색도 거의 안변했어요 수질도 깨끗합니다. 호스트 응답도 정말 빠르고 다시 발리에 간다면 꼭 다시 들르고픈 숙소입니다. 위치도 외진 줄 알았는데 전혀 외지지 않고 택시도 그랩 배달도 잘 와요. 조경도 완벽하고 정말 너무 좋았어요. 청결도 백점!!

The host was very helpful and responsive at all hours via messaging app, pre-arrival and during our stay. The property is located almost at the end of a strip of villas and felt very discreet and private, plus safe knowing there was security patrolling the area. Beautiful surroundings and a beautiful property!

For starters, Yande is the house host. He was absolutely amazing and very caring throughout our stay. He was always available on Whats-app and responded very quickly. He made himself available to help with everything we had arranged, as well as suggesting other things. He would follow up to make sure massages, breakfast or transportation was as expected. We did the breakfast in the villa each morning and Yande and his team arrived very early to make sure breakfast was on time. Amazing presentation and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As far as the villa, it was great. The two separate rooms kept the couple far enough apart to have privacy when we needed it, but close enough to feel together. Rooms and amenities were as pictured. The road to the villa is very scenic and suitable for a minibus to access. All doors locked, security was observed out on the road at night. No issues or concerns with the property.

Everything was completely amazing. Our host was the most kind and lovely man we have encountered travelling. He even had a Christmas gift for our child when we arrived on Christmas night. Nothing was an issue and he was always contactable, checked in on us and was there if anything was needed. Location was unbelievable, pool was amazing, long enough for a few morning laps, layout was excellent. The photos do not do the place justice. It is quiet and very relaxing. Aircon in the rooms also very very good. Suka Latte a 5 minute walk down the private road which provided the most amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners and the coffee is up there with what we get in Australia. Warung Hana an 8 minute walk and also had delicious food. Indomart at the bottom of the street as well. Easy to get transport into the main part of Kuta. I could not recommend highly enough for anyone wanting to stay. Already looking at availability from Bali superhost to stay next year Thank you

We were blown away by this villa which is as incredible as in the photos. The settings is peaceful and very relaxing. The host ( Mr. Yande a sweetheart) is lovely and the communication was great. I can only recommend staying here ❤️

It’s a wonderful villa. Is exactly at pictures show. It is 15 or 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. It’s extremely quiet and private. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the main road, but the main road is not walkable. you need to have scooters or use taxi.taxis. It really is an ideal place to stay.

Der Aufenthalt war rund um perfekt, wir haben die ideale Unterkunft für vier Personen gefunden. Goldwert ist der super hilfsbereite Host und sein Team, wir konnten ganz spontan unsere Wandertour planen und haben von den Kontakten vor Ort profitiert. Gerade das ist auf der Insel das A und O.

Saya menginap 2 malam di villa santana, 2 bedroom dengan kolam renang yg panjang.. vila nya melebihi harapan saya.. staff nya sangat komunikatif dan benar2 membantu.. pak yande sangat2 memperhatikan kenyamanan tamu nya.. lokasinya sangat strategis dan dapat dilalui oleh kendaraan roda 4.. kamarnya nyaman sekali.. suasana nya tenang damai.. rekomended bangeeet buat kalian stay.. seprai diganti tiap hari.. pokoknya top bangeeet❤️❤️❤️

The staff here was amazing, friendly, and goes above and beyond! They made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Small things to note, no AC in the kitchen which would’ve been nice since it’s the main lounging space. Not all the doors seal properly to the kitchen and bathroom so don’t be surprised to find small insects/lizards. Bedrooms were good as long as you keep the doors shut. Most of our time was spent exploring the area so we were not at the villa the majority of our trip, so these things didn’t bother us. Overall had a wonderful experience, breakfast was delicious, and massages were fantastic! Thank you!

What a Beautiful villa as described and seen in Pictures, I highly recommend staying. Yande our villa host was outstanding and so attentive. He organised everything for us and even more. We had the villa staff cook our breakfast and it was amazing! Also, the in house massages were the best we have had in Bali. We loved the pool overlooking the jungle watching the birds and butterflies as we relaxed. Only thing is the bed was firm for us but that’s just personal choice. Apart from that the villa had everything you could desire for and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Yande for everything!

Both villas are beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with stunning infinity pools that overlook the lush Ubud rainforest. La casa es increíble, en medio de la naturaleza, mucha privacidad y muy calmada por la noche para descansar. Sin duda un lugar increíble para disfrutar de la experiencia de Bali. Está alejado del caos del centro, pero está cerca para llegar en moto, son dos avenidas y en 10 minutos llegas donde quieras.

Yande and the BaliSuperHost team made our Ubud stay a true dream vacation. I visited Bali 10 years ago and was bringing my wife and daughter for the first time hoping they would have a memorable experience. Between the exceptional service, the amazing villa, daily pool-side massages, the Balinese food and culture, it's safe to say that they will fondly remember this experience for years to come. The villa looks exactly as it does in the pictures; the layout and size were perfect for the 3 of us; my 13 yr old daughter really, really liked having her own wing separated from the parents! We used the pool daily as well as the dining room and lounge areas. Yande is so friendly and super helpful and responsive. He checked in us daily and was responsive when we needed anything including local recommendations and arranging in-villa services.

we had a wonderdul stay at the villa which nestled in the Paddy field and surrounded by jungle. the check in and out was very smooth. our butler was very friendly and helpful. its clean and look excatly like the photo. Do consider their activities and massage as we tried it few times and happy with it. Will come back again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% return. Communication was great throughout, Yande was one of the loveliest people so friendly, adaptable and helpful. The villa is STUNNING and genuinely looks exactly like the photos. the sunken area is such a standout feature. The team were attentive, we had fresh juice on arrival, It was also my birthday & Yande and another member of the team surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday, which was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel special. A heads-up, you’re scared of bugs: you are surrounded by tropics in Ubud, so there are definitely insects! We had ants and flying bugs, particularly around the bathrooms. As soon as I messaged Yande, he came the next morning and the team cleaned and sprayed, which really helped. Overall, 10/10. Beautiful villa, amazing hosts and wonderful hospitality. I actually wish we’d had longer to enjoy it. Thank you Yande and the whole team for making our stay, and my birthday, so special!

We loved this Villa in Ubud! Place looks exactly like in the photos, and it's truly a remarkable and beautiful Villa. Booked this place as a splurge since it's hard to get this kind of place anywhere else for this kind of price. Absolutely great value and it lived up to hype! The pool, living area, outdoor and indoor showers, tubs, everything is just so well made and makes you feel like you're living in luxury. The service is absolutely incredible - Yande was our host / villa manager during our stay and he was a standout. Always helpful, communicative, and friendly! We opted to get breakfast every day, and the Villa will arrange for a chef to come by the villa and cook you the meal, ready for you in the morning. You can also book a massage in the Villa, and also arrange for tours and drivers as well. The location is slightly off from the main area so you'll need to get a Grab to get around! Would absolutely recommend this place again. One of our favorite stays in Bali!

We had an incredible time at villa Santana in Ubud. The house is perfect and fits with the description and pictures. We had the chef’s dinner and breakfast, which were delicious. And it is also easy to organize a transfer to the airport. A special thanks to Yande which made our stay even more special, he is really attentive and kind, which takes the experience to an other level.

Yande was wonderfully attentive, always proactively checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. While slightly off the beaten path, the stay is a peaceful and private sanctuary—we absolutely loved spending time by the serene, comfortable pool.
