Very relaxing & comfortable rooms

The Zen Paradise villa was absolutely beautiful! Febri was so welcoming and considerate. The villa was clean, beautiful, and offered so many amenities. Perfect villa for relaxation!

Our host Febrie was fantastic. arranged alot of services for like bike hire and yoga. The place was fantastic. looked exactly like the photos and they cleaned the place daily. We had a fantastic stay.

The Villa not only provided us with a luxurious stay but also created unforgettable memories, the moment we arrived the crew at the villa went above and beyond to ensure that our stay comfortable and enjoyable, the place also was also incredible clean and well maintained. Thank you

Overall is good, but we faced 2 times of power outage during our stay. But the staff had try best to settle fast for us. Villa is beautiful but there is some broken floor tiles around swimming pool which need to be careful as we had bring child together. We had experienced a good and nice stay.

Wonderful communication with our hostess. She is Kind and very responsive with any concerns. She Arranged my Scooter, massage’s, activities, and Transportation to and from airport. Considerate staff to check with us about cleaning times. Comfortable and as described. We had a lovely stay in Bali.

We were a group of 13. Everyone had such a great time. We used their chef prepared breakfast. The food was delicious, the chef and crew arrived early, coffee made , just glorious. The daily staff were always inconspicuous and made sure our place was clean. Our group used their driver service each day. Ask for David, he was always polite and early and worked late if we needed more time. Balisuperhost services were impeccable. They set everything up for us in advance from airport pick ups, tours, chef services to massages. Also try Soulshine Resort restaurant, a less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Thank you to all the staff and concierge services.

我们4个家庭入住，在乌布农田附近，体验很好，房间干净，泳池也舒服，大厅厨房都很好用，就是前面在施工，私密性受影响，浴缸好像长时间没用了。人工沟通很顺畅，很热情。下次还会再来。

숙소는 설명과 동일했고 큰 주방과 공용공간, 충분한 갯수의 침실이 좋았습니다. 깨끗하게 관리된 수영장을 충분히 즐겼습니다. 요구에 따라 설탕과 수건도 추가로 제공해주었습니다 잘 지어진 크고 아름다운 숙소입니다. 도마뱀과 날벌레는 야생과 가까운 환경을 고려했을때 이해할 수 있었습니다. 모기기피제를 몸에 뿌리는 것이 도움이 되었습니다. 매일 방을 깨끗하게 청소해주었으나 요청한 시간보다 이르게 도착하여 아직 외출준비중일때 빌라의 청소를 시작할 때가 있었고, 뒷마당의 야외 욕조는 머무는동안 한번도 청소되지 않아 기능을 할수 없었던 것은 아쉽습니다. 편의시설이 가깝지 않았지만 음식배달과 택시는 쉽게 이용할수 있었고 방해받지 않는 가족만의 프라이빗함이 장점이었습니다. 바베큐를 신청해서 이용했는데 음식 양도 충분하고 셰프도 친절해서 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 다만 옆 빌라에서 바베큐를 할 때는 바람의 방향때문에 한시간 정도 피할수 없이 연기를 맞아야했습니다. 마사지와 네일, 세탁서비스를 매니저인 SIN의 도움으로 편리하게 이용하였습니다. 마사지와 세탁은 훌륭하였으나 네일은 심각하게 아마추어같아서 추천하고싶지 않습니다. 상세페이지에 조식이 포함되어 있다는 문구가 있었는데 실제로는 포함되지 않았기때문에 혼선이 있었습니다. 설명이 수정되기를 바랍니다.
